FDA food-grade ice cream mold silicone is a two-component addition-curing silicone rubber that can be vulcanized at elevated or room temperature. It is suitable for injection molding processes, offering high transparency, high strength, and high tear resistance. It is used in the manufacturing of high-end cast products, ice cream molds, cake molds, sugar-pulling molds, chocolate molds, candy molds, mousse, pudding, and other food molds.

Features of Ice Cream Mold Silicone:

1. The silicone for ice cream molds is certified non-toxic and odorless by international standards such as US FDA and EU ROHS;

2. It is not limited by the thickness of the product and can be deeply vulcanized;

3. The silicone consists of A and B components in a 1:1 ratio and can cure at room temperature or with heating;

4. It has excellent fluidity, is easy to demold, does not bleed oil, and has effective natural bubble release;

Shelf Life:

When stored unopened at 25°C, the shelf life is 12 months. Finished silicone molds can be stored for up to six months without any change in performance.

This product is packaged in iron drums, available in 25KG and 200KG specifications. First-time buyers can receive sample packaging.

Storage and Transportation:

Silicone molds should be stored in sealed containers at room temperature in a dry environment. Avoid contact with water to prevent deterioration.
