The DFSD series multi-cylinder hydraulic lifting high-speed disperser features one machine with multiple cylinders, meaning "one disperser equipped with two containers," "one disperser equipped with three containers," "one disperser equipped with four containers," etc. This multi-cylinder disperser is widely used in industries such as coatings, paints, and other raw materials with numerous varieties, where pre-dispersion time is short but post-processing time is long. It comes with an electric or manual rotation system that rotates to the selected station when the cylinder is raised. During descent, a positioning guide device ensures easy and convenient operation. The adjustable working positions enable multi-cylinder operation with one machine, significantly improving equipment utilization, reducing equipment investment, and saving workshop production space. During operation, the equipment minimizes air entrapment, allowing materials to disperse and dissolve quickly, with fine particles and uniform mixing without dead corners. Principle:

Through the high-speed operation of the dispersion disc, the material forms a circular flow, generating strong vortices that spiral down to the bottom of the vortex. Intense shear, impact, and friction between particles achieve rapid dispersion, dissolution, and uniform mixing. The hydraulic frame is raised and lowered by controlling the oil pump, which in turn drives the entire transmission mechanism and working head up and down.
