Overview:

The series of hydraulic lifting basket mills are suitable for wet grinding of medium to low viscosity fluids and belong to batch-type industrial production equipment. The material is reduced in particle size through the powerful kinetic energy generated in various directions by the irregular collisions between grinding media. It is applicable to industries with high fineness requirements such as coatings, inks, pigments, color pastes, pesticides, and cosmetics. Integrating dispersion and grinding reduces the process steps; one machine and one container can complete both dispersion and grinding, improving production efficiency and reducing material waste. Compared to other grinding equipment, this product is easier to clean and suitable for grinding multiple types of materials.

Principle:

The motor operation drives the agitator rod and the bottom dispersion disc to rotate at high speed, creating a vacuum in the upper part of the dispersion disc and inside the basket chamber. The slurry is sucked into the basket grinding chamber. The agitator rod causes the grinding media inside the basket chamber to collide irregularly, generating forces in various directions. The particles in the material are continuously impacted and rubbed by the media, reducing the particle size and narrowing the particle size distribution. The high-speed operation of the dispersion disc creates a vortex that draws the material out of the basket, recirculating it to the feed, while also providing significant dispersion and mixing effects.

By controlling the oil pump, the hydraulic frame is lifted or lowered, and the hydraulic frame drives the entire transmission mechanism and working group to move up and down.
