ECTFE Coating Grade Resin

1.Product Introduction

Ethylene chlorotrifluoroethylene, as a resin, is a highly pure fluoropolymer. In addition to possessing the excellent mechanical properties, weather resistance, and chemical resistance common to fluorinated resins, it also features outstanding light transmittance, with minimal absorption of visible and ultraviolet light. Furthermore, due to the presence of chlorine atoms, it has one of the lowest moisture vapor transmission rates among all fluoropolymers, effectively preventing the permeation of many liquids and gases, which contributes to the anti-corrosion and anti-rust protection of the substrate.

Recommended for use in (but not limited to) coating protection for containers such as reaction kettles, pipelines, storage tanks, and mixers in the chemical and semiconductor industries, extending the service life of equipment.

3.Product Labeling, Packaging, Storage, and Transportation Instructions

3.1Labeling

The packaging drum of this product shall have a firm and clear label indicating the company name, product name, batch number, grade (specification number), net weight, etc.

3.2Packaging

Packaged in double-layer polyethylene bags, with an outer packaging of moisture-proof rigid paper drums. Each drum has a net weight of (20±0.1) kg.

3.3Storage

The product should be stored in a clean, cool, and dry warehouse to prevent resin agglomeration and contamination by moisture, dust, and other impurities.

3.4Transportation

This product is transported as a non-hazardous material. During transportation, avoid severe vibration, high temperatures, direct sunlight, and rough handling.
