2.Product Introduction

The PES liquid resin series products are new formulations developed using European high-tech non-stick coating technology, composed of high-temperature resistant polymers and novel nano-coating materials. They serve as raw materials for producing high-temperature resistant non-stick coatings. These products exhibit excellent thermal stability and high-temperature anti-yellowing properties, outstanding flexibility and melt flowability, as well as superior chemical resistance.

4.Product Marking, Packaging, Storage, and Transportation Instructions

4.1 Marking

The packaging drum of this product should have a firm and clear label indicating the company name, product name, batch number, grade (specification number), net weight, etc.

4.2 Packaging

This product is packaged in drums, with a net weight of (50± 0.2) kg per drum. Each drum should include a product certificate containing: company name, product name, batch number, grade (specification number), net weight, and production date. Special packaging can be arranged upon agreement between the supplier and the customer.

4.3 Storage

1. Store in a cool, dry place. Avoid direct sunlight.

2. Shelf life: 12 months unopened.

4.4 Transportation

This product is non-hazardous for transportation. Avoid moisture and severe vibration during transport.

5.Main Applications

5.1 Widely used in various light-colored high-temperature resistant coatings.

5.2 Can be mixed with water-based PAI resin or water-based PAI dispersion to prepare primer, enhancing the non-stick coating's resistance to boiling and steam cooking.

5.3 Coatings made with this resin exhibit high resistance to saltwater, salt spray, acids, alkalis, and organic solvents.
