Polytetrafluoroethylene Micropowder

1.Product Introduction

Polytetrafluoroethylene micropowder is a micronized low molecular weight polytetrafluoroethylene used to improve heat resistance, lubricity, self-cleaning, and wear resistance in application fields.

Polytetrafluoroethylene micropowder is produced by reducing the molecular weight of PTFE through specific processes and further refined by special techniques to achieve a particle size level of 3.0 to 5.0 micrometers.

Due to its fine particle composition, it can be blended into the required application systems using conventional mixing equipment.

3.1Marking

The packaging drum of this product shall have a firm and clear label indicating the company name, product name, batch number, grade (specification number), net weight, etc.

Packaging

This product is packaged in paper drums (lined with double-layer polyethylene plastic bags), with a net weight of (25±0.2) kg per drum. Each drum shall include a product certificate containing: company name, product name, batch number, grade (specification number), net weight, and production date. Special packaging can be arranged upon agreement between the supplier and the buyer.

3.3Storage

This product should be stored in a clean, cool, and dry place, protected from rain and direct sunlight, and kept free from moisture, dust, and other impurities.

3.4Transportation

This product is transported as non-hazardous goods. During transportation, it should be protected from moisture and severe vibration.
