Ink Grade PTFE Micropowder

1.Product Introduction

This product is a pure polytetrafluoroethylene ultrafine powder modified through special processes, using genuine PTFE as raw material with low volatile content and resistance to discoloration at high temperatures. When added to substrates requiring modification in specific proportions, it effectively enhances heat resistance, wear resistance, and non-stick properties in various applications. Recommended for use in (but not limited to) non-stick and anti-corrosion coatings. It can be dispersed under high-speed stirring or mixed into the desired application system using traditional mixing equipment.

3.Product Marking, Packaging, Storage, and Transportation Instructions

3.1Marking

The packaging drum of this product shall have a firm and clear label indicating the company name, product name, batch number, grade (specification number), net content, etc.

Packaging

This product is packaged in paper drums (lined with double-layer polyethylene plastic bags), with a net content of (25± 0.2) kg per drum. Each drum shall include a product certificate containing: company name, product name, batch number, grade (specification number), net content, and production date. Special packaging can be arranged upon agreement between the supplier and the buyer.

3.3Storage

This product should be stored in a clean, cool, and dry place, protected from rain and direct sunlight, and kept free from moisture, dust, and other impurities.

3.4Transportation

This product is transported as non-hazardous goods. During transportation, it should be kept dry and protected from severe vibration.
