PES Micro Powder

1.Product Introduction

This product is a superfine pure polytetrafluoroethylene powder modified through special processes, using genuine PES as raw material with low volatile content and resistance to discoloration at high temperatures. When added to substrates requiring modification at specific ratios, it effectively enhances heat resistance, wear resistance, and non-stick properties in application fields.

Recommended for use in (but not limited to) water-based coatings and material toughening.

3.Product Marking, Packaging, Storage, and Transportation Instructions

3.1Marking

The packaging drum of this product shall have firm and clear labels indicating the company name, product name, batch number, grade (specification number), net weight, etc.

3.2Packaging

This product is packaged in paper drums (lined with double-layer polyethylene plastic bags), with a net weight of (15±0.2) kg per drum. Each drum shall include a product certificate containing: company name, product name, batch number, grade (specification number), net weight, and production date. Special packaging requirements shall be negotiated between the supplier and customer.

3.3Storage

Should be stored in a clean, cool, and dry warehouse to prevent agglomeration of the resin and contamination by moisture, dust, and other impurities.

3.4Transportation

This product is non-hazardous for transportation. Avoid moisture and severe vibration during transport.
