1.Product Introduction

Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene (FEP) micro powder possesses various excellent characteristics of fluoropolymer materials. Its molecular structure is extremely stable, offering outstanding flame retardancy, chemical and corrosion resistance, high electrical properties, excellent wear resistance, non-stick properties, temperature variation resistance, and weather resistance. It also has good dispersibility and can be uniformly blended. It is widely applicable in various coating environments resistant to chemical erosion, such as high-rise building exterior coatings, hull coatings, coil coatings, highway facility coatings, etc. (free of PFOA).

3.Product Marking, Packaging, Storage, and Transportation Instructions

3.1Marking

The packaging drum of this product shall have a firm and clear label indicating the company name, product name, batch number, grade (specification number), net weight, etc.

3.2Packaging

This product is packaged in paper drums (lined with double-layer polyethylene plastic bags), with a net weight of (20±0.2) kg per drum. Each drum shall include a product certificate containing: company name, product name, batch number, grade (specification number), net weight, and production date. Special packaging requirements shall be negotiated between the supplier and the buyer.

3.3Storage

This product should be stored in a clean, cool, and dry place, protected from rain and direct sunlight, and kept free from moisture, dust, and other impurities.

3.4Transportation

This product is transported as non-hazardous goods. During transportation, it should be protected from moisture and severe vibration.
