1. Product Introduction
Adding PTFE micropowder to engineering plastics significantly enhances the wear resistance of these materials, reduces the coefficient of friction, improves self-lubrication, and lowers noise. It can be used in the manufacturing of parts with high wear resistance requirements such as gears, bearings, and pulleys, and can also replace metal components that serve a lubricating function, reducing the weight of the finished products and lowering costs. It is widely used in engineering plastics such as polyoxymethylene (POM), nylon (PA), polycarbonate (PC), polyether ether ketone (PEEK), polyester (PET), and polyphenylene sulfide (PPS).
Typically, adding 2-20% of micropowder to engineering plastics forms a polytetrafluoroethylene dry film between the plastic parts and the mating surfaces, protecting the plastic from wear during friction, significantly reducing plastic wear, and extending the service life of the plastic. Special grades can be used in high-temperature (420°C) molding and processing applications for engineering plastics.

3. Product Marking, Packaging, Storage, and Transportation Instructions
3.1 Marking
The packaging drum of this product shall have a firm and clear label indicating the company name, product name, batch number, grade (specification number), net weight, etc.
3.2 Packaging
This product is packaged in paper drums (lined with double-layer polyethylene plastic bags), with a net weight of (25 ± 0.2) kg per drum. Each drum shall include a product certificate containing the company name, product name, batch number, grade (specification number), net weight, and production date. Special packaging requirements shall be agreed upon between the supplier and the buyer.
3.3 Storage
This product should be stored in a clean, cool, and dry place, protected from rain and direct sunlight, and kept free from moisture, dust, and other impurities.
3.4 Transportation
This product is transported as non-hazardous goods. During transportation, it should be protected from moisture and severe vibration.
