Coating-Grade ECTFE Resin—31010 (Surface)

1.Product Introduction

Ethylene chlorotrifluoroethylene, as a resin, is a very pure fluoropolymer. In addition to the excellent mechanical properties, good weather resistance, and chemical resistance common to fluororesins, it also has outstanding light transmittance, absorbing almost no visible or ultraviolet light. Furthermore, due to the presence of chlorine atoms, it has one of the lowest moisture vapor transmission rates among all fluororesins, effectively blocking the permeation of many liquids and gases, which is beneficial for the anti-corrosion and anti-rust protection of the substrate.

31010 (Surface) is a transparent semi-crystalline fluororesin that can be melt-processed. It is recommended for use (but not limited to) as a topcoat for container coatings in chemical and semiconductor industries, such as reactors, pipelines, storage tanks, and mixers, to extend the service life of equipment.

3.Product Marking, Packaging, Storage, and Transportation Instructions

3.1Marking

The packaging drum of this product shall have a firm and clear label indicating the company name, product name, batch number, grade (specification number), net weight, etc.

3.2 Product    Packaging

Packaged in double-layer polyethylene bags, with an outer packaging of moisture-proof rigid paper drums. Each drum has a net weight of (20±0.1) kg.

3.3 Product Storage

The product should be stored in a clean, cool, and dry warehouse to prevent resin agglomeration and contamination by moisture, dust, and other impurities.

3.4 Product Transportation

This product is transported as non-hazardous goods. During transportation, avoid severe vibration, high temperature, direct sunlight, and rough handling.
