1. The water efficiency whole unit functional test bench for water purifiers is designed based on customer testing requirements and with reference to the GB34914-2021 standard.

The system is mainly suitable for evaluating the comprehensive operating conditions of water purifier whole unit performance testing and water efficiency testing. It is applicable for production lines and laboratory testing, with simple equipment operation.

2. The test system mainly consists of a 3-station whole unit detection platform, a constant temperature and constant pressure water supply system, a central control cabinet, and other major components.

3. The detection platform separates water and electricity, using PLC control with a 17-inch touchscreen computer for control and display. It monitors and controls test parameters in real time, such as water supply pressure, outlet water pressure, water supply temperature, outlet flow rate, and stall pressure. It can record relevant detection parameters, automatically collect and process test data, automatically create a test database for query at any time, and automatically save data. It can display test parameters in real time while storing and recording test results, such as the number of tests and test pressure. Users can export data via USB.
