It clearly shows the distribution pattern of DC current at the main transformer neutral points of various substations and its relationship with vibration levels, providing a basis for judging the degree of DC bias in transformers. The DC current monitoring solution is already mature, mainly focusing on ensuring accuracy across the required large range; based on the acceleration detection solution analyzed above, considering the need to develop a monitoring station PC interface, the Labview development platform is chosen, which allows direct development of the PC interface using this software, transmitting data to the monitoring station PC via fiber optic Ethernet. The core of this project lies in integrating multiple IEPE acquisition card ports and current acquisition ports into one platform for analyzing and processing these signals.
