FBM207c Foxboro FOXBORO Controller features 30+20 segment program control functionality, enabling temperature rise and fall control with any slope. It supports programmable/operable commands such as jump (loop), run, pause, and stop, and allows program modification during control operation. It employs an AI artificial intelligence regulation algorithm with curve fitting capability, delivering smooth and stable curve control effects. Event output functions can be edited during program operation to coordinate with external device actions. The SV transmission output function can be used as a program generator. It includes measurement value start function, standby function, and five power outage/startup event handling mode options. It supports various thermocouples, thermal resistors, linear voltage, current, resistance, and radiation (infrared) thermometers, with expandable input sockets for special input specifications. Custom nonlinear correction tables for special inputs are available, and external Cu50 copper resistors can be connected for thermocouple cold junction compensation. Measurement accuracy is 0.1 grade (V8.0 version), with temperature drift less than 50 PPM/°C.
