(3) Before maintenance, coordinate with the dispatcher and operator, and hang maintenance signs where required;
IV. Equipment Disassembly and Assembly Sequence and Methods
(1) For shutdown maintenance, at least two people must supervise the operation;
(2) Turn the mode selection switch on the front panel of the CPU from "Run" to "Stop";
(3) Turn off the main power supply to the PLC, then turn off other power supplies providing power to the modules;
(4) After noting the wire numbers and connection positions of the power lines connected to the power rack, disconnect them. Then remove the screws connecting the power rack to the cabinet, and the power rack can be disassembled;
(5) The CPU motherboard and I/O boards can be removed after unscrewing the screws under the rotating template;
