FM138-ACR-C HollySys Terminal Module. The FM138-ACR series hardware system's intelligent I/O modules consist of I/O modules placed inside the main control cage and expansion cages, along with corresponding terminal modules. The I/O modules connect to field signal cables through terminal bases to complete the collection, processing, and driving of field data, achieving digitization of field data. Each I/O unit establishes communication with the main control unit via ProfiBus-DP fieldbus.
Both the main controller and I/O modules support hot-swapping functionality. The system power supply module in the FM series hardware products is an AC/DC conversion device that uses switching power supply technology to convert 220VAC to 24VDC and/or 48VDC, providing power to field devices such as the main controller and I/O modules. The system power supply module can be used standalone or in a redundant configuration. The communication network system network (SNET) is a real-time communication network connecting nodes such as engineer stations/operator stations and field control stations, facilitating bidirectional data transmission between engineer stations/operator stations and the main control unit.
