HollySys SM900 Power Module, first scans and sequentially reads all the on/off status or input data temporarily stored in the input latches, and writes them into the corresponding input status registers, i.e., refreshing the input. Then, the input port is closed, entering the program execution phase. During the program execution phase, the PLC scans and executes each instruction in the order stored in the user program, and the execution results are written into the output status registers. All contents in the output status registers change as the program executes. In the output refresh phase, after all instructions are executed, the on/off status of the output status registers is sent to the output latches in the output refresh phase, and through a certain method (relay, transistor, or thyristor), then via a 64-pin European connector, and finally through the 40 terminals on the FM151 base side, the 8-channel current signals are led out to the field.
The module's operating power is 24VDC, fully distributed intelligent I/O module, installed on rails, which can be centralized, decentralized, or remotely distributed; effectively dispersing control to each I/O module. All modules are equipped with isolation circuits (AI/AO can be isolated between channels, DI photoelectric isolation, DO photoelectric isolation or relay isolation), rejecting sources of interference channel-intruded from the system. DCS is a domestically produced facility used for light industrial consumption automation control.
