Introduction:

The main function of FX5000 fiber feeder is to cooperate with the production of asphalt mixing station, to realize the timing and quantitative release of all kinds of road fibers such as flocculent lignin fiber and polyester fiber according to the amount of engineering design, and make the road fibers dispersed in the asphalt mixture aggregate evenly, so as to improve the stability of the asphalt mixture aggregate.

Working principle of FX5000 fiber feeder:

According to the characteristics of the road fiber, the machine adopts the method of time and volume measurement. During production, the fiber materials to be put into the storage bin, the conveying system will transport the broken fiber materials to the metering system, the machine will blow the measured fiber to the mixing cylinder timely according to the set dosage and delivery time, to ensure the accuracy of the amount of added road fiber and dispersion in the mixed aggregate. The machine has a high degree of automation, workers need to ensure only that there is material in the warehouse during production, metering and delivery work can be completed automatically.

In addition, it is also equipped with special signal connection input to realize the linkage of control signals from various mixing machines at home and abroad, and can be connected to 24v-220v control voltage.

4. The discharging hole of the fiber feeder extends to the blanking outlet in the mixing cylinder, add a guide corner ,in order to guide the fiber to mix with the aggregate more effectively, enhance the dispersion effect of dry mixing, and play the role of fiber stabilizer better.

5, The shutdown control button of fiber feeder can be connected to the mixing control room, can be shut down timely, easy to deal with the mix before  and after production. To prevent unnecessary feeding caused by the failure of the feeding machine or mixing station.

6. High metering accuracy: the fiber conveying capacity of the machine is adjustable from 3-20 kg each time, the metering accuracy is ±1%, and the calibration accuracy can reach ±0.5%.

7.Flexible control: the machine can provide automatic and manual control mode, automatic control for normal production, manual control for production debugging and testing.

8. Easy to install: all parts of the equipment are assembled on one chassis. During installation, simply connect the outlet of the feeding equipment with the oblique lifting blanking outlet of mixing equipment or air supply pipe of mixing cylinder, and then work synchronously with the mixing production after switching on the power supply.
