Types and Structures
Cast Iron Weir Gate (TYZ)
Made of cast iron, it offers strong corrosion resistance, a simple structure, and low cost. When closed, it enhances water sealing with a bronze sealing surface to achieve zero leakage.
Steel Direct-Acting Weir Gate (TYG)
Constructed with steel and equipped with rubber sealing, it supports three-sided water sealing and is suitable for applications without size restrictions. Stainless steel materials extend its service life.
Steel Rotary Weir Gate (TYX)
It features excellent sealing performance (almost zero leakage) and is suitable for scenarios with widths exceeding 5 meters. However, the regulated water level is typically below 800mm. It is commonly used in oxidation ditch drainage or large distribution wells and requires manual/electric opening and closing devices.
