A novel n-type transparent semiconductor functional material with a wide bandgap, low resistivity, and high catalytic activity. Widely used in optoelectronics, gas sensors, and catalysts. At the nanoscale, indium oxide exhibits not only these properties but also surface effects, quantum size effects, small size effects, and macroscopic quantum tunneling effects characteristic of nanomaterials.

Potential Applications:

Commonly used raw material in resistive touch screens, mainly for fluorescent screens, glass, ceramics, chemical reagents, etc. Also widely applied in traditional fields such as colored glass, ceramics, mercury-free corrosion inhibitors for alkaline manganese batteries, and chemical reagents. In recent years, extensively used in high-tech fields like optoelectronics, particularly suitable for processing into indium tin oxide (ITO) targets to manufacture transparent electrodes and transparent heat reflectors for producing flat-panel liquid crystal displays and defoggers.

Packaging and Storage
