Potential Application Fields:
1. Metal Nano Lubrication Additive: Adding 0.1~0.5% nanobismuth powder to grease forms a self-lubricating and self-repairing film on the friction surface during the friction process, significantly improving grease performance;
2. Metallurgical Additive: Nanobismuth powder can be used as an additive for cast iron, steel, and aluminum alloys to improve the machinability of the alloys;
3. Magnetic Materials: Bismuth has a small thermal neutron absorption cross-section, low melting point, and high boiling point, making it suitable as a heat transfer medium in nuclear reactors.
Packaging and Storage
This product is packaged in vacuum multilayer sealed bags by default, with additional paper drums or cartons. After receipt, it should be stored sealed in a dry, cool environment. Prolonged exposure to air should be avoided to prevent moisture-induced agglomeration, which may affect dispersion performance and usage effectiveness.
