Ladle car cables are used in steel plants for ladle cars, transport machinery, and conveyors. They can also be employed in high-temperature systems as reel and drag cables. Ladle car cables perform winding and unwinding movements along the guide of the drag shaft or other similar devices.

Conductor: Made of multi-strand fine-stranded and finely bunched premium oxygen-free copper wires.

Insulation: TPE

Tensile Layer: High-density Kevlar braiding

Inner Sheath: TPU elastomer rubber compound, extruded and fixed into shape

Outer Sheath: Silicone rubber / special weather-resistant PUR polyurethane material

Colors: Black, yellow, orange, white (all customizable as needed)

Rated Voltage: 600/1000V

Operating Temperature Range: -40°C to +250°C
