Acetyl tributyl citrate ATBC is an environmentally friendly plasticizer, certified by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for use in food packaging and children's toys. Following the implementation of environmental bans on phthalate plasticizers in the European Union, Japan, and other countries, ATBC is currently the most applicable and economical eco-friendly plasticizer.

Physicochemical Properties:

Solubility: Insoluble in water, non-hydrolyzable, soluble in most organic solvents. Compatible with various celluloses, vinyl resins, chlorinated rubber, etc., and partially compatible with cellulose acetate and cellulose acetate butyrate.

Characteristics: Biodegradable, strong solubility, good weather resistance, oil resistance, light resistance, water resistance, and strong mildew resistance.

Applications:

u Mainly used as a plasticizer for polyvinyl chloride, cellulose resins, vinyl resins, synthetic rubber, and as a stabilizer for polyvinylidene chloride.

u Used in food packaging (sensitive dairy packaging, beverage bottle stoppers, seals for bottled foods, etc.), medical devices, children's toys, personal hygiene products, PVC pelletizing, enamel drip-molded products, cigarette filters, chewing gum, etc.

u Can fully replace phthalate plasticizers such as DOP, DBP, and DINP in PVC plastics, with excellent plasticizing effects.

u Acts as both an internal plasticizer and an anti-mold agent in the production of coatings.

u An important component in air fresheners, deodorizers, and inks.

u Lubricant for surface treatment of tinplate.
