Properties: White powder (granules), density 1.24, soluble in carbon disulfide, benzene, chloroform, ethanol, ether, insoluble in water and dilute alkali. Stable in storage.
Applications: Ultra accelerator for natural rubber, synthetic rubber, and latex. More active in dry rubber than WILLING ZDEC. Latex containing this product can be used for up to one week without premature vulcanization. It is an excellent activator for thiazole accelerators. In compound rubber, it acts as an antioxidant, improving the aging resistance of vulcanized rubber, non-discoloring, non-staining, and easy to disperse.
Packaging: 25kg plastic woven bags, paper-plastic composite bags, kraft paper bags, or bulk flexible intermediate bulk containers (FIBC).
Storage: Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place. Packaged products should be protected from direct sunlight. Shelf life: 2 years.
Note: This product can be processed into ultra-fine powder according to customer requirements.
