Roller Lagging Concept: Roller lagging is a critical component and part of belt conveyor systems. Lagged rollers effectively improve the operational condition of the conveyor system, protect metal rollers from wear, and the diamond or herringbone patterned lagging surface increases the friction of the rubber sheet, effectively preventing sliding friction between the roller and the belt, reducing belt slippage, minimizing material adhesion on the roller surface, thereby reducing belt misalignment and wear, improving operational efficiency, ensuring synchronized operation of the roller and belt, and thus guaranteeing high-efficiency, high-capacity operation of the belt.

Zhong'an roller ceramic lagging sheets use advanced hot vulcanization technology to vulcanize wear-resistant ceramic particles with specific layouts into special rubber, which is then adhered to the roller surface to replace traditional rubber. Wear-resistant ceramic-rubber composite sheets can be categorized as follows:

A. Ceramic-rubber composite liners embed small square ceramics into special rubber to form square wear-resistant rubber liners. High-strength organic adhesives are used to bond the liners to the inner steel plate of the equipment, creating a sturdy and shock-absorbing wear-resistant layer.

B. Small square special ceramic pieces are embedded into special rubber, and high-strength organic binders are used to adhere the liners to areas of the equipment subjected to large material impacts, forming a wear-resistant and impact-resistant protective layer. The unique spherical design of the ceramics effectively disperses the impact of materials on the liner, preventing the ceramic pieces from breaking. Widely used in coal handling systems of thermal power plants and in material handling and batching systems of metallurgical and steel sintering plants, such as hoppers and silos with high drops and significant impact.

C. Alumina ceramic pieces are embedded into rubber to form liners, and the rubber liners are vulcanized together with steel plates to create ceramic-rubber-steel composite wear-resistant and impact-resistant liners. Nuts or screws are welded onto the steel plates between the steel and rubber for easier installation and removal. These are widely used in chutes, hoppers, and other applications requiring impact and wear protection.

By improving the rubber formulation, heat-resistant (withstands temperatures up to 200°C), cold-resistant (withstands temperatures as low as -50°C), and flame-retardant products can be produced.
