Application Description: PET slip masterbatch is used in PET sheets to improve the slip properties of the product, reduce the surface friction coefficient, prevent sheet adhesion, enhance slip, wear resistance, and scratch resistance, and address surface scratching issues during production, storage, and transportation of PET sheets. It does not affect the transparency or haze of the sheets.

In the processing of polyester fiber products, it can reduce the surface friction coefficient of fibers, improve fiber smoothness, surface finish, brightness, and surface feel. It increases the flow of the resin melt, enhances melt strength, improves melt fracture, enhances processability of the resin, and reduces the breakage rate during fiber drawing.

For polyester resin injection molding, it enables the processing of thin-walled precision parts in extremely complex molds. It significantly improves resin flowability, making mold filling easier. At the same time, by increasing the surface smoothness of the parts and reducing the friction coefficient, it facilitates easier demolding, prevents surface scratching, scuffing, and chipping issues, and optimizes the production cycle.

Dosage: 0.5%-1%

Usage: Add to the resin in a specific ratio and mix evenly. It can be dried together with the resin.
