PVC dual-resistant pipe molds are mining pipe production molds, which are among the earliest products developed by our company. The mold adopts a three-layer design, with the inner and outer layers being ultra-conductive layers, and the core layer being a compression-resistant layer. This pipe is used for ventilation and gas extraction in coal mines, serving as a replacement for steel pipes. It offers advantages such as lightweight transportation and installation, as well as easy disassembly.

The molds are produced using 40CR material after forging and tempering, processed by CNC equipment, and undergo electroplating treatment on both the inner and outer surfaces. The inner surface is polished to ensure product smoothness, making it less prone to rust during later use.
