The drawbacks of glass fiber reinforced materials include fiber exposure, rough product surfaces, and severe wear on mechanical processing equipment. Thus, lubricants play a crucial role in processing. The TAF lubricant produced by our factory can prevent glass fiber exposure, improve processing fluidity, reduce screw torque, and enhance product surface smoothness in glass fiber reinforced plastics. Due to its excellent thermal stability, it is suitable for use in almost all engineering plastics. TAF can also be used as a dispersant in color masterbatches for polyesters, polycarbonates, nylons, etc.
