I. Basic Description
   Stair tread evacuation indicators refer to a type of fire evacuation indicator installed on the side立面 of subway exit stairs. According to national standards, two evacuation indicators are installed on the side立面 of each step. A typical station uses approximately 400 units, while stations with more exits can require over 700. These indicators use 304 stainless steel as the base material. The sheet metal is first cut to shape using laser cutting (custom sizes available), then surface graphics are sunk via electrochemical etching, and finally filled with photoluminescent material. The luminous brightness is significantly higher than that of PVC or tempered glass materials, making it one of the brightest products among photoluminescent fire safety signs.

II. Scope of Application
 Mainly used in light rail, subway, and other rail transit underground station exit stair passages, underground rail tunnel sign systems, shopping mall evacuation indicator systems, and factory fire escape systems. Using luminous signs not only serves the指示 function of ordinary signs but also provides guidance and疏散 function in emergencies due to their發(fā)光 capability.

III. Dimensions and Patterns

   The product shown in the image is circular with a diameter of φ84mm and a thickness of 2mm. The color is the inherent glow color of the photoluminescent material. Unlike previous designs that typically used engraved stainless steel sheets, this product uses aluminum plate material with embedded high-brightness PVC floor stickers. It is not only lighter in weight but also matches the luminous brightness of stainless steel designs. This product is currently used in Beijing Metro, Changchun Metro, Shenyang Metro, and Qingdao Metro, among others.
