D132 Wear-Resistant Welding Rod features stable arc and easy slag removal, making it suitable for both AC and DC applications.

Welding Current: Welding rods of different diameters have different welding current ranges. For example, Φ3.2 rods have a welding current of 80~130A, Φ4.0 rods have a welding current of 110~180A, and Φ5.0 rods have a welding current of 150~240A.
Usage Precautions
Pre-Welding Treatment: The welding rod should be baked at around 150°C for 1 hour before use.
Preheating: Large workpieces should be preheated to around 300°C before surfacing, and rust and oil stains on the surfacing surface should be removed.
