English Name: Star Anise Oil

Preparation Method: This product is a volatile oil obtained by steam distillation of the fresh branches and leaves or ripe fruits of Illicium verum Hook. F. (Magnoliaceae family) after crushing.

【Source】: Derived from the fruit of the Magnoliaceae plant, star anise. The fruits are harvested in autumn and winter when they turn from green to yellow, briefly scalded in boiling water, and then dried or dried directly.



【Quality Indicators】

Appearance: This product is a clear, colorless or pale yellow liquid;

Aroma: The scent is similar to that of star anise. It often becomes cloudy or crystallizes when cold but clears upon warming.
