1. General Requirements

1) The system shall be developed using computer-based 3D visualization and virtual simulation technology.

2) The system shall train rescue team members in basic skills for handling injured personnel underground.

3) The system shall strictly comply with standards and regulations such as the "Coal Mine Safety Regulations," "Mine Rescue Regulations," "Quality Standardization Assessment Norms for Mine Rescue Teams," and "National Mine Emergency Rescue Team Management Measures" regarding medical emergency training provisions and requirements.

4) The system shall be divided into two parts based on the depth of training: Individual Training Module and Comprehensive Training Module.

5) It shall have the functionality to independently set the type and number of injured personnel, as well as disaster scenarios in training tasks.

2. Main Functional Requirements

1) The Individual Training Module shall enable complete step-by-step training of basic medical operations, including: wound dressing (circular bandaging, spiral bandaging, spiral reverse bandaging, figure-8 bandaging), fracture fixation (forearm fracture fixation, upper arm fracture fixation, thigh fracture fixation, lower leg fracture fixation, cervical spine fracture fixation, spinal fracture fixation), hemostasis methods (finger pressure hemostasis, tourniquet hemostasis), and cardiopulmonary resuscitation.

2) The Comprehensive Training Module shall build upon individual training by pre-setting various scenarios such as fires, floods, and coal and gas outbursts. Using a mission-based format, trainees shall control the main character to navigate the environment, locate multiple casualties, and complete rescue missions by applying technical essentials such as gas detection, roof tapping, and route selection.
