1. The inner tube has a shrinkage rate of 0.3% at liquid nitrogen temperature; for rigid pipes, compensators are installed;

2. High-vacuum multilayer insulated cryogenic shut-off valves, check valves, emergency shut-off valves, and safety relief systems are installed on the pipeline;

3. Plug-in vacuum connection joints feature low heat leakage, no frosting, and no icing;

4. Both inner and outer tubes are made of austenitic stainless steel 06Cr19Ni10 (or customized according to customer requirements);

5. The interlayer uses optimized specialized multilayer insulation materials and gas adsorbents;

6. Supports with low thermal conductivity;

Installation Features of Vacuum Insulated Pipes

1. Plug-in connection, commonly referred to as vacuum flange connection; segments are manufactured separately, and pipe sections are connected using vacuum flanges;

2. Welded connection, commonly referred to as welded connection; joints of cryogenic insulated pipes are welded segmentally, with on-site insulation applied;

3. Professional guidance for installation;

4. Shortens installation time, reduces installation workload, and lowers installation costs.
