1. Surface treatment, specifically for the chimney, involves removing old paint layers and using sandblasting or shot blasting techniques to achieve SA2.5 grade, with a surface roughness of 40-70 micrometers. This increases the adhesion between the object and the paint while reducing treatment standards. Once the surface is clean and dry, painting can proceed.

2. Chimney paint is a two-component paint. Before use, the two components must be thoroughly mixed. First, stir component one thoroughly, then add the curing agent in the specified proportion. Use a stirring rod to mix evenly, and allow it to mature for 15-20 minutes to ensure full cross-linking of the components and to expel any air bubbles before use.

3. During application, brushing or spraying methods can be used. Prepare only as much as needed to avoid waste. It is recommended to apply thin, multiple coats, whether spraying or brushing, with a total dry film thickness of 200-300μm. To extend service life, the film thickness can be appropriately increased to prevent rapid corrosion of the coating.
