Changzhou Zhongji Chemical Co., Ltd. was established in January 2007. The company's headquarters is located in the southern part of Jiangsu Province, in the beautiful and affluent center of the Yangtze River Delta—Changzhou. The unique geographical advantages and convenient water, land, and air transportation environment provide tremendous convenience for the enterprise. The Shanghai-Nanjing Railway, Shanghai-Nanjing Expressway, National Highway 312, and the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal all pass through the region. The company primarily produces pharmaceutical intermediates, pesticide intermediates, and fine chemical products. It is a modern enterprise integrating research, production, sales, and service.
The factory was established in 1996, with a production area of approximately 20,000 square meters, a total reaction volume of about 30,000 liters, and a building area of 3,500 square meters. Currently, it employs over 60 staff members (including 10 scientific and technical personnel with senior titles and 5 with intermediate titles). Production facilities are located in both Jiangyin in Southern Jiangsu and Yancheng in Northern Jiangsu.

The laboratory is equipped with a series of testing instruments, including gas chromatographs and thin-layer chromatographs.
