XKY-700B Automatic Calcium Iron Silicon (Magnesium) Rapid Analyzer

Scope of Application

The XKY-700B Automatic Calcium Iron Silicon (Magnesium) Rapid Analyzer is primarily used for limestone, enabling rapid measurement of the percentage content of calcium, iron, silicon, and (magnesium) in limestone. It ensures the quality of incoming raw materials and lays a solid foundation for the quality of subsequent deep-processed products.

It can also be used to detect the percentage content of total calcium, iron, and silicon in quicklime and hydrated lime. In quicklime, calcium exists as calcium oxide (active calcium) + calcium carbonate (inactive calcium); in hydrated lime, it exists as calcium hydroxide + calcium carbonate + calcium oxide. Both quicklime and hydrated lime are reactive, and their calcium composition continuously changes upon contact with air and moisture. As long as the user handles the samples appropriately, the data obtained from testing quicklime and hydrated lime can serve as a reference.
