I. Working Principle
The rotary series screen cleaner is available in two types: stainless steel mesh teeth and non-metal teeth. Driven by the motor reducer and through sprocket transmission, it propels the rake tooth chain to perform a rotary motion. When the rake teeth reach the upper part of the equipment, the guidance of the guide wheels and curved tracks causes relative movement between each set of rake teeth. Most solid materials fall by gravity, while the reverse motion of the rotating brush shaft cleans off debris adhering to the rake teeth.
