Purpose of Beizhong Manufacturer's Riveting Welding Workbench: Suitable for welding, assembly, inspection, and riveting work of various workpieces. It serves as a reference plane for precision measurement and is used as a benchmark for machine tool mechanical inspection and measurement. It checks the dimensional accuracy or geometric deviation of parts. The riveting welding workbench is also an indispensable basic tool in mechanical manufacturing.
Material and Treatment of Riveting Welding Workbench: The riveting plate material is high-strength cast iron HT200-300, with a working surface hardness of HB170-240. After two artificial treatments (artificial annealing at 600°C-700°C and natural aging for 2-3 years), the product achieves stable accuracy and good wear resistance.
Inspection Standards for Cast Iron Riveting Platform: 1. The working surface should not have rust, scratches, impact marks, or other appearance defects that affect use.
2. The working surface of the riveting workbench should not have casting defects such as sand holes, air holes, cracks, slag inclusions, or shrinkage holes. Various casting surfaces should be free of molding sand, flat, and firmly painted. All edges should be rounded. On the working surface of plates with an accuracy grade lower than 00, sand holes with a diameter less than 15mm may be plugged with the same material, but the hardness should be lower than that of the surrounding material. There should be more than four plugged locations on the working surface, with a mutual distance of no less than 80mm.
3. On the two opposite sides, threaded or cylindrical holes should be provided for installing handles, lifting rings, and other lifting facilities. The design of lifting positions should minimize changes caused by lifting.
4. After setting threaded holes or grooves on the plate working surface according to user requirements, these areas should not exhibit protrusions higher than the working surface.
5. The working surface should be processed by scraping. For Grade 3 plate working surfaces, planing may also be used. The surface roughness of the planed working surface, measured by the arithmetic mean deviation Ra, should not exceed 5μm.
6. It should undergo stabilization treatment and demagnetization.
The maximum overall area of the riveting plate can reach 6 meters in length and 3 meters in width.
The maximum overall length of the riveting workbench can reach 8 meters.
