Suitable for breaking medical glass bottles such as ampoules, vials, glass, quartz sand, beer bottles, various glass bottles, glass tubes, etc., in industries and sectors including pharmaceuticals, education, and scientific research.

Working Principle

The ampoule and vial crusher primarily relies on impact to break materials. After entering the crusher, the material is struck by high-speed rotating hammers and shattered. The crushed material gains kinetic energy from the hammers and rushes at high speed toward the screen bars inside the frame. Simultaneously, the materials collide with each other, undergoing multiple breaks. Particles smaller than the gap between the screen bars are discharged through the gaps, while larger particles are further impacted, ground, and crushed by the hammers on the screen bars. The material is extruded through the gaps by the hammers, resulting in products of the desired particle size.

The ampoule and vial crusher operates at low speed with high torque, ensuring a stable and low-noise crushing process with high efficiency. The machine features a newly designed feeding port that allows continuous feeding without glass splashing during the process, effectively ensuring the operator's safety. The machine is easy to operate, requiring only simple training for proficiency. A large storage bin is configured below the machine, capable of storing as much material as possible at once, reducing the need for frequent cleaning and replacement.
