The chute anti-spilling skirtboard features a double-layer structure and is installed along the lower edge of the conveyor chute using a set of quick-fastening devices to seal the gap between the conveyor belt and the chute.

Coal Guard Installation Instructions:

1. The clamp and angle aluminum are used together, with two sets of clamps per meter.

2. The height of the anti-spilling skirtboard can be adjusted according to the actual dimensions of the chute. By incorporating a semi-solidified lubricant into the rubber, the issue of belt damage caused by high skirt edges has been resolved. This material is flexible and highly elastic, overcoming the water intolerance of polyurethane (PU) while ensuring no damage to the conveyor belt even at greater heights.

1. The main body of the anti-spilling skirt is black, made from a blend of rubber and styrene-butadiene rubber, which enhances elasticity while maintaining stiffness. This ensures the red multi-protection sealing strip adheres tightly to the conveyor belt, continuing to provide anti-spilling effects even as the multi-guard system nears the end of its wear life.

2. The installation of the multi-guard anti-spilling rubber skirt is particularly convenient. After confirming the installation position, fix the mounting channel to the outer side of the discharge chute by welding, riveting, self-tapping screws, or any other method, then slide the T-shaped rubber block on the back of the multi-guard anti-spilling skirt into the mounting channel.

3. Double-Layer Protective Anti-Spilling Skirtboard, chute sealing system, Y-type fixing rubber block. The skirt body is manufactured through a one-time integrated hot vulcanization process, making it compact, effective, and sturdy. The Y-type fixing rubber block on the back can be removed during production according to customer requirements to accommodate older installation methods.
