Belt Cleaning Box Product Overview

The belt cleaning box integrates multiple functions such as a spray system, material removal system, belt drying, material recovery, and remote control.

It addresses environmental pollution caused by material carryback on the return belt, as well as residue

adhering to idlers, which can cause the return belt to deviate, thereby improving the on-site environment.

Product Working Principle

(1) The return belt passes through idlers and enters the cleaning box. Two flat pressure rollers above the box ensure stable operation of the belt within the cleaning area, preventing vertical bouncing;

(3) Water filtered by the filter (firewater or other industrial water, water pressure ≥ 0.6 MPa) is delivered by a multi-stage variable frequency booster pump

to the spray system. High-pressure fan-shaped water mist from the nozzles softens material adhered to the belt surface while also suppressing

dust. Water lubrication reduces friction and temperature between the blade and the belt (especially when transporting high-temperature materials), effectively

extending the belt's service life;

(4) Three sets of tungsten carbide cleaners press tightly against the belt to scrape off particles and wet material from the working surface. The removed material flows along

the box into the discharge port. Tungsten carbide scrapers are highly hard, wear-resistant, and do not damage the belt. They are equipped with self-compensating tensioners,

which automatically adjust the blade head based on wear, reducing the need for frequent manual adjustments;

(5) The box is equipped with a lower spray system on all sides (configurable based on belt speed and conveying capacity, e.g., automatically activating every 10 minutes

for 10 seconds) to flush adhered material and prevent clogging. The cleaned material is then directed via a chute (discharge pipe) to the lower belt discharge hopper

(specific solutions depend on site conditions);

(6) A high-pressure air source (air pressure ≥ 0.4 MPa) dries the belt's working surface, ensuring it is clean and free of residual

moisture before exiting the box;

(7) Observation doors are designed on both sides of the box for convenient daily inspection and maintenance;

(8) The touchscreen control box interacts remotely: when the belt operates, the spray and filtration systems start simultaneously; when the belt stops,

the spray system continues working for 30 seconds to prevent mud from clogging the nozzles.

For low-temperature environments, the PLC can be equipped with heating and temperature control functions. The entire process is intelligently automated, significantly reducing
