◆ Appearance and Specification Dimensions of Insulation Rubber Mat
The depth or height of spots or uneven parts on the insulation rubber mat shall not exceed the thickness tolerance of the rubber sheet. There should be no more than 5 bubbles per square meter with an area less than 1 cm2, and the distance between any two bubbles should be no less than 40 mm. The depth and length of impurities should not exceed the thickness of the rubber sheet, and should be no less than 40 mm. The uneven or spongy part at the edge of the rubber mat should not exceed 10 mm in width and 1/10 of the total length of the rubber sheet. Cracks are not allowed.

The insulation rubber mat should be made of rubber-based insulating materials.
◆ Process and Molding of Insulation Rubber Mat
The upper and lower surfaces of the insulation mat should be free from harmful irregularities. Harmful irregularities refer to defects that破壞 uniformity or damage the smooth surface profile, such as small holes, cracks, local bulges, cuts, embedded conductive foreign objects, folds, voids,凹凸波紋, and casting marks. Harmless irregularities refer to surface irregularities formed during the production process.
◆ Thickness of Insulation Rubber Mat
Randomly select more than 5 different points on the entire insulation mat for thickness measurement and inspection. A micrometer or an instrument with the same accuracy can be used for measurement. The accuracy of the micrometer should be within 0.02 mm, the diameter of the measuring spindle should be 6 mm, the diameter of the flat pressure foot should be (3.17±0.25) mm, and the pressure foot should be able to apply a pressure of (0.83±0.03) N. The insulation mat should be laid flat to ensure smooth measurement with the micrometer.
◆ National Standard for Insulation Rubber Mat
For a 10KV power distribution room, choose an 8mm thick mat: it should withstand a power frequency withstand voltage test of 10000V for 1 minute without breakdown, and break down at 18000V for 20 seconds. For a 35KV power distribution room, choose a 10-12mm thick mat: it should withstand a power frequency withstand voltage test of 15000V for 1 minute without breakdown, and break down at 26000V for 20 seconds. For low-voltage power distribution rooms, choose a 5mm thick mat for voltages below 500V: it should withstand a power frequency withstand voltage test of 3500V for 1 minute without breakdown, and break down at 10000V for 20 seconds.
◆ Storage of Insulation Rubber Mat
Insulation mats should be stored in dedicated boxes, avoiding direct sunlight, rain, and snow, and preventing擠壓 and sharp object collisions.
Do not allow insulation mats to come into contact with oil, acid, alkali, or other harmful substances, and keep them at least 1m away from heat sources. The storage environment temperature should be between 10°C and 21°C.

Widely used in substations, power plants, distribution rooms, testing rooms, and outdoor live working.
Should be stored in a dry and ventilated environment, away from heat sources, and at least 20cm above the ground and away from walls. Avoid contamination by acids, alkalis, and oils. Do not store outdoors to avoid direct sunlight.
