The aluminum alloy water barrier features side grooves and a central main panel. The height of the grooves matches the height of the barrier, typically 500mm, but can be customized to 400mm, 450mm, or 600mm based on customer requirements!! The thickness of the central panel is approximately 40mm, and the length of the water barrier is determined by the specific width of the door where it will be used! Each set of aluminum alloy water barriers comes with four expansion nails required for installation.

First, insert the expansion nails through the installation holes on the grooves. Then, fix the grooves parallel to the door frame on both sides of the wall using the expansion nails. Once the grooves are installed, the flood control water barrier can be slid into the grooves along their inner diameter to prevent floodwater from entering! When not in use, remove the water barrier; the grooves fixed to the wall do not interfere with the normal opening and closing of the door.

The length of the flood control water barrier is determined by the width of the door where it will be used. When placing a custom order, customers need to accurately measure the width of the wall on both sides of the door, with an allowable error of ±2mm.
