1. Produces an intense and long-lasting warmth on the skin, promoting subcutaneous fat metabolism and aiding in body slimming. When applied to the skin or mucous membranes, VBE quickly activates vanilloid receptors (also known as capsaicin receptors, a type of channel complex protein). This opens calcium channels, depolarizing the membrane of primary sensory neuron endings. A strong heat sensation is produced within about 2 minutes and can last for approximately 2 hours.

2. VBE generates heat by directly stimulating nerve endings. This thermal sensation is perceived through the triggering of neurotransmitters, without a significant change in the actual skin temperature.

3. Synergistic effect with cooling agents—adding a small amount of thermogenic agent to cooling agents can significantly enhance the cooling sensation and prolong its duration.

Formulation Tips:

VBE is easy to incorporate into formulations, with good stability and acid-base resistance. It is compatible with a wide range of cosmetic ingredients and is suitable for pH levels between 3.0 and 10.0.

Transparent aqueous systems: Mix with solubilizers in a certain ratio before adding directly to water.

Emulsion systems: Add to the system along with fragrances when the temperature of the formulation drops to around 40°C.

Recommended dosage: 0.1–0.5%, with 0.1% for lips and sensitive areas.

Storage Method: The product should be stored at low temperatures (10°C to 0°C) in a sealed state, isolated from air to prevent contamination by impurities, and protected from sunlight, rain, and fire sources. After each use, nitrogen should be injected into the container for protection, ensuring the container remains well-sealed.
